Legionella Control and Management

Design. Operate. Maintain.

Are the water systems in your buildings safe and compliant?

Implementing an effective control and management strategy is key to mitigating Legionella risk in your buildings. As independent specialists, our experienced team of water engineers and service technicians can provide and deliver a bespoke control and management solution tailored to your specific needs ensuring compliance with current guidance and legislation. Whether you’re managing a public facility, a healthcare service, or a complex industrial site. We work closely with employers and landlords of all sizes, around the UK.

We’re here to help

Employers and landlords are responsible for keeping records to show their compliance with all relevant Legionella regulation and legislation. We use a remote-access Legionella records system called Records for Buildings to monitor and record all the activities carried out as part of your bespoke control and management scheme.

Giving you and your building partners full and continuous access to accurate, real-time data for compliance reporting and an open book approach to service delivery. Through the Records for Buildings dashboard, you can see what tasks we’ve completed when, and the actions that still need to be carried out.

Our services are registered by the Legionella Control Association, so you can be sure you’re in safe hands.

  • Understand the design of your hot and cold water systems and how Legionella risk can be prevented or controlled
  • Introduce effective control measures with a bespoke control and management scheme provided and delivered by our experienced water engineers and service technicians
  • Ensure compliance with access to continuous real-time data and expert support
