Provided BREEAM assessment and certification for the new Barnsley Business Innovation Centre. The Business Village has been a successful and innovative business centre in Barnsley for more than 30 years. The Village has recently added 9,000sqft of brand new flexible office space to its existing facilities including 25 state-of-the-art managed workspaces comprised of six hybrid units and six offices on the ground floor, and a further 13 offices on the first floor.

Managing water hygiene for Harrogate Convention Centre’s evaporative cooling tower

Provide bespoke water hygiene management and Legionella control services across the council’s leisure facilities, and for the evaporative cooling tower at Harrogate Convention Centre. Our service includes carrying out comprehensive Legionella risk assessments, monthly service monitoring, pool chemistry and bacterial sampling, and clean and chlorination of water services. Our online Legionella recording and reporting system allows the council to monitor compliance and track any remedial works needed across their sites.
